What to Expect on Sunday Mornings

WORSHIP • 9am

Led by a pastor and choir, our worship service strikes a balance of being both reverent and laid-back. During summer, guest musicians grace us with their gifts. We celebrate communion on the first and third Sundays of the month.

After worship, we gather just inside our entrance for coffee, snacks, and conversation.

We have classes available for youth, children, and adults.

St. Timothy’s is a rural oasis in the middle of Jamestown. When you arrive at our property, don’t worry if you cannot see the building! Simply turn into the driveway and follow it up the hill. Parking is available to the left and handicap accessible parking straight ahead. The building to the left is our Sanctuary and the building to the right is the Bridford House where we have our classroom space and nursery. Head into the sanctuary and our greeters will be there to welcome you and help you get acquainted. Also, we encourage you to explore the property. We have a pond (which is open for fishing), outdoor worship center and a few trails.

Children are welcome in worship at St. Timothy’s. We have a nursery available during the worship and Sunday school hours, if you’d prefer. We have a special children’s moment in the middle of the service after which children in pre-school and elementary school are invited to attend children’s church for the remainder of the service.

What to wear

We are a “come as you are” community and encourage you to dress in the style of your choice. Some of us will be wearing a coat and tie and others shorts and a t-shirt.
